Gursha ጉርሻ (noun):

the Ethiopian practice of hand-feeding a friend, family member, or loved one a bite of food. There is a superstition that only one gursha will actually curse the relationship between the two people, which leads to an inevitable second gursha to break the curse. 

Just One Gursha is an offering to nourish your spirit with a new approach to spiritual nourishment and self-mastery. But of course, we’re superstitious too and hope you always come back for a second gursha.
